what is it with me today.. i have had so many slow and stupid people to deal with today. and the worst thing is so many have been fellow employees of my employer the worlds dodgiest telco.. why can't people use their brains or are they all just shit-fer..... aaaagh no mercy for common morons........

Actually since my (soon to be ex)flatmate has the computer with windose on it i am now about to experience the joys of installing adsl on linux and also the experimental idea that is spiral synth/spiral loops on linux... time to learn a whole new software synth/music making package.. or get a windows box running. which could be good as i haven't utilised the full power of the asr-10 i own which would also return me to the power of the hardware sampler.. i better do that..

woo hoo work is busy... AGAIN. i get the feeling that i have nothing to say here worth saying. ever get that? i need to get some more music written so that i have more things to say that i am doing...

work is over time to go home and discuss the dissolution of a share house...........................

aaaagh. they've changed all of the codes in the database at work today and everything is taking soooo much longer... on top of that i gotta find a new house in the next 3 weeks or so and i was gonna go buy a new turntable on sunday but now it looks like i'll be using the cash for bond instead... damn girlfriends and computers...

aaagh work sux.

well that was a busy few days... on the plus side i got mandrake linux v8 installed and now i have a working printer and sweet running linux set-up.... downside to the install being that it nuked my home partition and i had thought i said don't format that during the install... got all bar some java assignments backed up so its still all good....

i'm still really impressed with the way that it all looks too. way better than the mandrake7.2 i had, altho still not too different. now to make sure it can do everything else that i want it too..like play mpegs without leaving weird green blocks all over the screen.. like my 7.2 did. and i gotta re-install java and .... and and and everything else.... still its way more professional than when i loaded redhat6.2 a couple of years ago... linux is definitely the shit..
